Το πρόγραμμα:

Leader Lab is an Erasmus+ training course designed to awaken the leadership potential

of youth workers, professionals and disadvantaged young people.

Based on experiential learning, the program provides participants with essential skills that

make for authentic and effective leadership in today's world.

Through a dynamic blend of personal development, group collaboration and community engagement, the Leader Lab empowers participants to lead with clarity, compassion and purpose.

Key Learning Outcomes:

● Strengthen your leadership identity and explore your unique style.

● Build capacity to manage stress and lead with calm in high-pressure

situations.

● Cultivate self-responsibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

● Improve collaboration, group facilitation, and clear communication.

● Develop ideas for projects with social and environmental impact.

There is a participation fee of 50€ We will keep this money from the travel reimbursement!
